How to help Hispanic parents to read to their kids
Programs for latino parents and education
In-Person Workshops A 3.5 hour education regarding the implementation of programs offered by The Latino Family Literacy Projects is made available for teachers, administrators, bilingual aides, and parent coordinators. Once trained, our programs are an ideal fit for Hispanic parents for Title I and Title III Parent Involvement tools. Candidates need to be trained just once to be able to implement any one of our programs, simply because they are structured with the similar format, and may choose to include ages young and old-specific program.
The workout workshop provides everything needed to include this system, including a cultural competency summary for collaborating with Hispanic ESL parents, and uses the step-by-step technique for each age appropriate program.
